First Annual Halloween Candy Buy-Back!!
Dr. Nathanson's first annual Halloween Candy Buy-Back was a huge success! The event bought back candy from children for a dollar per pound, and gave out light up tooth brushes. Buying back candy from children makes sure they do not eat so much on Halloween, and to protect their teeth from cavities. This Halloween our office collected 262 lbs. of Halloween Candy!
Once all of the candy was collected, it was sent overseas to our American troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. The Halloween candy was distributed to the troops through an organization called Operation Gratitude.
The Halloween candy buy-back will now become an annual event at our office. Remember to bring in your Halloween candy for some extra cash next Halloween!
